• Demand letter of job should be showed before departure
• Copy of Contract paper should be provided for understanding before ultimate sign
• Detail Information for Medical Checkup( where and when to do) should be provided before departure |

On 17th December 2010, WARBE Development Foundation (WARBE DF) and Bangladesh Ovibashi Mohila Sramik Association (BOMSA) jointly organized a press conference on “Migrants’ Rights: Dignity and Justice” to celebrate the International Migrants Day (IMD) 2010.

This year for the 20th anniversary of the Convention, Bangladeshi Members of the Migrant Forum in Asia (MFA) invited Mr. Abdelhamid El Jamri, Chairperson of the UN Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrants Workers and Members of Their Families (CMW) to visit Bangladesh. The aim of this country visit was to advocate for the protection and the promotion of migrant workers as well as to pursue the GoB to ratify the Convention.
